The client was looking to redesign their website that was, at the time, difficult to use and navigate. We went for a holistic approach to redesigning the NETFUND website by looking into the user personas of the key stakeholders and their pain points in using the website. Based on these user needs, we created a prototype and tested it for usability after which we proceeded with development. After the project was complete, we undertook technical training for the technical team that would maintain the website after handing over all the assets.
